Yes for Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine if you call before 11 AM — our shop is in Old Harbour, so St Catherine response is fastest. Other parishes get next-day priority. After-hours emergency service is available for installed customers.
Most common causes: clogged filter (5-minute fix you can DIY), low refrigerant from a slow leak (we recharge and locate the leak), iced-up evaporator coil (turn unit off for 4 hours, then call us), or a failing capacitor on the outdoor unit. We diagnose for free if we end up doing the repair.
$3,500 JMD for a diagnostic visit, waived if you proceed with the repair. No callout for jobs we already quoted.
We stock the common service parts (boards, sensors, capacitors, fan motors) for Mutabank, Daikin, and Mitsubishi. Parts for less common brands typically arrive within 3–7 days.
Yes — about 40% of our service calls are on units installed by other companies. We'll tell you honestly if it's worth repairing or whether replacement is the better call.
